Program load

When I launch my .exe by clicking on it the file on the PPC, it loads and I see a WaitCursor, but then I have to click on the task list to make it appear. Alternatively if I click on the .exe a second time, it immediately appears. Is there a way to force the application to appear?

Do you have a special task manager?
This is not the default behavior.
You can try to add Form1.Focus after Form1.Show
