Progress Dialog text

I have seen some apps that can change the text on the Progress Dialog without the flickering. What is the trick on this? If I were to change the text by calling the Progress Dialog over the previous dialog it will flicker. I want to eliminate the flickering.

You will not be able to do it with ProgressDialog. You can show a Panel with an indeterminate progress bar instead.
