AFAIK it is Windows device and thus what do you need apart of VB6?
Sorry, just realize that you not going to program it, but going to develop program on it. Sounds cool, but I do not think it is useful - I run IDE on laptop and never do any programing without external display, keyboard and mouse. YMMV though.

It was more a case of how well can it run the various B4X IDE's.

The answer was: surprisingly easily for such a small machine.

I also run it to an external monitor (@4k) with foldable BT keyboard/trackpad, same as I do with my laptop.
