Properly distributing license to developers on a site license

I recently purchased a site license for Basic4android and would like to get our engineers using this software. How should I distribute the code? Is it as simple as sending all developers (up to 30) the same license file and they download they own executable and I keep track of the count? How would they be able to get their own online account using their own email if the license is tied to my email address?
