Is it possible via the beta version to publish an app to the app store? if yes how?

1. Create a new key folder and create a Store certificate + provisioning file.
2. Compile your app in Release mode.
3. Create a new app in iTunes Connect.
4. Take the ipa file from the Mac computer and upload it with Application Loader.
