iOS Question Publishing without MAC

I have some important questions.
1) Can I publish on the apple store from windows pc? Need I a MAC?
2) If I need a MAC is it possible to publish through Anywhere Software? (Like compilation)
3) If I don't renew my developer Apple user, what happens to app already sold? Still work?
I am anxious about this.

1) Yes you can. You don't need mac. B4i has built in "upload to appstore" function. This requires a hosted builder account.
2)you dont need mac
3)I think existing apps will continue to run but you wont be able to make any changes to them also they will be removed from the app store.
