Q:Catch Incoming Flash SMS (Class-0) ?

Anyone know if it is possible to catch
an incoming Flash SMS (Class-0) to phone
using B4A ?

Until now, is there any API to read the message class 0 ? I need this to get the message from operator such as my own number.
