Question on installing APP to folder

Question:

I have an app. We download it to the phones and tablets via a web page. When we download the .apk, it goes to the downloads folder and then asks us to run it, which we do.

Problem is... it installs everything to the downloads folder.

How can I get it to install everything to a folder that only contains the stuff for my app. Right now, all of our files are mixed in with everything else. When you clean out the downloads folder, you clean out our app.

The APK is downloaded to the downloads folder. However it is not installed in this folder. It is installed to an internal system folder. Deleting the APK will not delete the application.
