Android Question Question on OTG device

Hello there everyone... I've been trying to work with an app to work on a new phone(Android 4.2) (http://www.yugatech.com/mobile/cherry-mobile-fuzes-specs-confirmed/) I was able to test to use with a flash drive and mouse which works perfectly. But when installing a demo app to work with an arduino clone it says no "No USB device or accessory detected!" I'm sure the demo app works on my samsung honeycomb device. What may the solution for it?
