Where can I downloader "RAPI library" and their dll (RAPIDesktop.dll and OpenNETCF.Desktop.Communication library)?

These libraries should be installed together with Basic4ppc version 5.00.
You could find them in the libraries folder.

do all the optional libraries of the v4 already come installed in the v5?.

To distribute an application desktop it is necessary to register the libraries or does it only reach with copying in a directory the .exe and RAPIDesktop.dlll and OpenNETCF.Desktop.comunication.dll?

Yes, except of the SQL and the Email libraries.
You only need to copy the required dll files with exe file (to the same folder).
