Raspberry pi 3 model B and B4A

Do you think B4A will run ok at Raspberry in order not to carry everyday my laptop at work? (physical device for tester, NOT AVD)

With Windows 10 IoT you can run UWP app, as i remember. I think you can't install b4a on it, as Windows IoT is not the same on Windows 10, but it's a very smaller version. Also the performance of the system are a bit bad
