Is it possible to do package for RPI that will create executable run-time file(not interpreter)?
Standalone package for Windows creates .exe file.
Android Run Time also works at run time.

The compiled code is never interpreted. There is no performance difference between running a jar or a standalone package.

I'm not sure whether any of the available Java versions for RPi support standalone packages.
