Reactivate an Activity from Service Module?

Is it possible to reactivate an activity from service module?

I want to bring an Activity in front when in service module one hour have passed.
I don't know what to do to bring the paused activity automatically in front.
Can somewhere help me. Many thanks.

Have you also a solution if the phone is in standby-mode and the activity has reactivatet then
the touchscreen is displaying and i have not to wipe with finger over the touchscreen to unlock?

No. You cannot unlock it programmatically.
