I created an application b4j with an SQLITE local database , and application B4A on the same topic . my question is how to use the data recorded IN LOCAL SQLLITE with B4A and vice versa , I hope that threw light on my problem

You need to decide how you want to transfer the data. You can copy the database file from the device to the pc.
For example: [Server] Upload files from your B4A app to your B4J server over the internet
