Bug? Readline reads every second line (not all!)

It cost me a lot of time to find out why not all data was loaded with the readline property.
According to me is has to do with readline; it only reads every second line !
Have a look at the b4j project. Start the program and load the .csv file which can be found in the files directory of the attached zip file

This is throwing away every other line.

Do While Reader.ReadLine <> Null

    'Count the number of lines in the file with readline
    Line = Reader.ReadLine
    Do While Line <> Null
        J = J + 1
        lst_readline.Items.Add(Line)
        Line = Reader.ReadLine
    Loop

Thanks Agraham. I must have been blind. I didn't even have a close look to the example popping up when using readline.
Oh man what a waste of time. Stupid me

I recommend you to use ReadList instead:

Dim lst_readline As List = File.ReadList(...)
