B4J Question Record the full desktop in video MP4 ????

Hi all,

Is there a simple way start and stop the capture in video H264 (mp4) of the full screen in B4J.
I'm building a video application and i need to capture the entire screen for my client storage.

use ffmpeg vith the jShell library
then google for the commandline to use to capture the screen
