Java Question Referencing a JAR using a Dummy XML File

Hi,
I note a mention of using a dummy XML file to reference a JAR file. Whats the purpose of this. Does this allow access to the JARs methods etc in B$Android without writing a separate wrapper library.???

Any inputs ??

No, it just makes the IDE package the jar in the apk. Any references to it need to be made by another library.
