Wish Refresh Button on Quick Search Dialog

A Refresh Button or F5 keyboard shortcut on Quick Search dialog would be helpful.

Or it could refresh if you press the CR at the end of the search field or by pressing CTRL+F.
Pressing Ctrl+F does NOT refresh the search if the search field has not changed!

At present the only way to refresh is to cut the search text and paste it back in. Then the search results are automatically refreshed.

It will be fixed in the next update. The search will be updated every time that the search box is focused.
