RegEx Compiler error

Hello everybody,
since a long time now I have my rather long code compiled and I get a compiler error: RegEx is a namespace, but it's used as Type.(Original German Text is in the attachment) Because I have much RegEx expressions and it should take a long time to configure out what kind of expression generates this error, I first want to ask if anybody knows it? In the IDE's Runtime mode all functions are allright.

This problem happens while the compiler is compiling LocaleDesktop library. You can go to the libraries folder and delete LocaleDesktop.cs. This will prevent the compiler from compiling this library (it will just include the DLL file).
