New to B4A. What is the best way to preview an app in progress on a remote PC. Prefer without access to code.

What do you mean with "preview an app"? Apps run on Android devices, not PCs.

I was seeking the best method for a 3rd party in another city to review and comment while the app is being developed. An android device would be one option and I would assume setting up an emulator on their end would be another, and would think the less problematic. I was wondering what is the best choice.

You could install TeamViewer on both developer's and client's computer and allow the client to view the developer's pc remotely...

And if you're testing on a supported Samsung device the TeamViewer QuickSupport app for Android would be useful.
