Renaming Activities

After renaming a module (Activity) and saving the project, the deployed application won't find
the renamed activity as it is still looking for the previous activity name. The manifest file is okay
while the renamed file shows up correctly in the Files folder.

Only after closing B4A and reloading the project the deployed application will find the renamed activity.

Could this perhaps happen without need for restarting B4A?
