B4R Question Repetitive key press

hello;
I use pin.addlistener to adjust time of alarm-time-clock, I want to increase/decrease values while user is keeping button pressed, now I can increase/decrease time by 1 minute or hour, only when key status is logic '0', user should release the button and press again to increase/decrease time. any ideas?

Enable a timer when the pin state changes and disable it when it changes back.

Do whatever you need in the timer tick event.
