Restarting ADB Server

Hi,
I have connected my phone with the USB cable, try to compile and debug, and get "no device found". I try "Restart ADB Server", see the hourglass for 2 seconds, nothing, no improvement.
The paths are set correctly. "adb start-server" also has no visble result.
On my other computer, everything works perfect.
What am I missing?

Sorry, I forgot to mention - killing adb.exe and rebooting brings no improvement.

Probably a driver issue. Try to reinstall the USB driver. Note that you can also use B4A-Bridge.

It works now with another USB port. The one I used before works perfectly, but not with the phone. I have no logical explanation.
