Retrieve Page Title from WebView1_OverrideUrl

Is there a way to retrieve the page title from within the WebView1_OverrideUrl sub? I don't want to retrieve the page title of the page that has been loaded, but the page title of the page that is going to be loaded when the user just clicked on a link. Thanks.
