Android Question RTSP Server

Is there any way to make an b4a app which provides a server for the built in camera (front and/or back)
so it can played with every rtsp player (like vlc)?

There is no library or example that implements the RTSP protocol.

You need to use a newer version of android.jar (Tools - Configure Paths).
