running .cab files from a program on the device

Hi. Will the "Shell" command allow the execution of .cab files? What I want to do is to detect the .NET version of the Framework that is installed and if it is NOT there, my program goes to my web site and automatically downloads and executes the downloaded .cab file. Thanks.

You can execute a cab file with Shell:

Shell("wceload.exe",chr(34) & filename & chr(34))

On windows Mobile 2003 i can't find "wceload.exe".
Does WM 2003 use another program for executing .CAB-files??

I think that wceload.exe is used by WM2003 but it is somehow hidden.
