Android Question Safety Assistance - Send Help Messages

My S5 has a Safety Assistance which sends out a Help Message if I press the On / Off Button 3 times.

Is there ANY way to disable this feature?

Using my phone to score golf I am always turning it on and off and the last two times I played golf I wound up setting a Help Message because I turned it on and off to many times to quickly.

Never had this feature on my S3

I would like to disable this feature when my golf scoring program is running.
Is there a way to do this?

Sorry Robert .. in all honesty I thought the question was a bit lame (ie google for manual)
I was even tempted to suggest it was more a question for Chit Chat .

There is no relevant API in Android. This is a feature specific to this phone.
