iOS Question Same B4A - B4I manifest UI.... is it possible?

I have this Erel's manifest file for my Android app, but now I develop a similar app for ios. Is there any way to have the equivalent UI declared in its manifest file (colors, toolbar, icons?
I have stuck :-(
