I just had a user show me a screen shot of my App running on a Samsung Note Edge.
The onscreen numeric Keypad does not have the number 4,5, or 6 on the middle row. Instead it displays two rows of 7,8, and 9. He says my B4A App is the only App on his phone that does this. The keyboard is normal for all other Apps. Is anyone else seeing this? I don't have a Note Edge to test with.
Thanks.
Hm. I don't believe that it has something todo with b4a as it doesn't use an "own" keyboard. Android handles it on it's own. Two rows of 7,8,9 sounds very strange.
Well after a few back and forth conversations we found that the problem is the Note Edge defaults to Samsung Chinese IME keyboard and that is the keyboard with the issue. If you select the standard Samsung keyboard then it works fine.
I had him send me screen shots of the other Apps that were not having this issue and they all used their own custom keypads. So that didn't help.
