Hello again everyone. I want to make a scrolling menu from top to bottom as follows. As you go down from the top, the options will enlarge when they come to the line as in the picture, then they will shrink. what path should i follow

Can't you give an example? i am beginnerin mobile app and i need to make this scrolling app. a short example would be good for me. thanks
