B4J Question screen builder not opening

when i try to edit or create a screen in b4j, the screen just flashes and will not open.
any suggestions how to open screen builder?

What is the Screenbuilder?

I guess you mean SceneBuilder.
Probably you haven't install it. It's a separate app. You can google for it.
However the preferred way is now to use the internal Visual designer
