Android Question scrolling effect

hey!
In the ChatMessageView project, can anyone tell me how to eliminate the scrolling effect after loading chat history from database?

i want to show the last message each time you start the application on screen (loading the chat activity) just like whatsapp. Currently it shows each and every message loading with scrolling effect.
