Would be nice to have a ScrollView that scrolls in both, vertical and horizontal directions for panning large images.

Understand what it is. My idea for B4A is avoiding Java :BangHead:
I would need a WebView within B4A, say placed on an Activity for viewing local HTML files.
Anyway, I will get a bit deeper into the information you kindly provided.
