SDK-manager instead of AVD-Manager?

Hi,

since I installed the SDK 4.0.3 always starts with the first Android-SDK-manager rather than the AVD Manager.

What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong. It is fixed for the next update.
For now you should choose Tools - AVD Manager from the SDK manager.

One small update:
It is possible that it is fixed only in the Full Version and not in the Trial Version?

Because in the Trial version that's exactly what happens to me, too.
(I will install the Full Version tomorrow - but for people on the Trial, this bug may still exist)

It should work in both versions. However different versions of Android SDK behave differently.
