Android Question Send from B4A to the Winsock1.Protocol (VB6)

it is possible to send a string from the B4A to the Winsock1.Protocol under VB6 of the PC.
I don't want to send to a server, as in the numerous examples here in the forum, but directly to the VB6 application using the Winsock1.Protocol
