Send SMS message to email address

Before I swiched to Basic4Android, I had written an app using Motorola Studio. When I used an email address as the phone number it would send it to the email address.

With Basic4Android, I get a java error. Is there a work around?

The workaround is probably to detect the '@' in the To field and send an email using the NET library instead.
