Anyone have any sample code to send an e-mail using the esp8266 variants. I'm using the nodeMCU development board. Looked at all the forums and code snippets and can't find any references to this. I would think this would be a common need. I'm looking to be able to send notifications via my app via text message or email. Any help would be appreciated.

Not tried - but could help since you can do inline code in b4r.
