B4R Question Serializator and Sending Ints

Hi
Sorry, but I am having a lot of difficulty in the understanding of B4r Serialization et al.. probably because i am old school
I have an array of ints MyArray(250) to send from a B4R to B4A which I use as ints in B4r

I have searched this forum, tried lots of things with no real result. Could someone please provide the method at each end to send and receive an array
