Android Question Serversocket.GetMyWifiIp return Unicode address numbers!

My phone device system language is Arabic, this method Serversocket.GetMyWifiIp returns the correct ip address, but its digit numbers are in Arabic numbers "Hindi", the browsers doesn't recognize them.
So how I obtain the English numbers of IP like 192.168.1.111 (not like:

Please try the attached Network library (v1.53).

Copy it to the internal libraries folder.
