iOS Question setgradient on label

I am suing Erel's example at https://www.b4x.com/android/forum/threads/set-gradient-color-to-a-view.65242/

When I set gradient for labels bg , it removes the the text. How can I fix this ?_

You can add a panel behind the label. Or create a custom view made of panel and label.
