Android Question SetLayoutAnimated Android 6.0.1

Hi guys.
I've got a strange behavior with SetLayoutAnimated.

I've got a simple call that move a panel from a point to another point in a defined time.

It works like a charm in every device. in Android 6.0.1 there is no transition and the panel move instantly.

Any help?
