Is there software to show android screen on pc exmaple Reflactor for iOS?

Reflector works also with Android.
You should add an AirPlay program on the Android device.
I haven't tested it.

We have made good expierience with ASM (Android Screen Monitor).
It's already included in the Android SDK (...\Android-sdk\tools\lib\asm-4.0.jar)
