iOS Question show toastmessage longer in b4i

I would like to show a toastmessage for longer in B4i (at least a minute). For b4a i normally use a timer in a service, is there anything similar on b4i?

Why don't you blend in a panel, which will be hidden after the corresponding time.

I don't think you can change the time of the ToastMessage.

The toast message is required as the user navigates to stk menu of the phone. The user will need to key in values from toast message. Since the user leaves the app, a panel will not work

A toast message will not help. You cannot show anything, except of notifications, when the app is in the background.
