B4J Question Simple Library Compiler and b4j

I have no problem with librarycompiler.exe but with b4j_librarycompiler.exe I have a message "Additional libraries folder must be set in the IDE"

Do I install an other package for b4j ?

You should open B4J, choose Tools - Configure Paths and set the "additional libraries" folder.
