Simple Object Access protocol (SOAP)

Hello Everybody,

I've been away from the forum for a long while; but still using Basic4PPC for Windows Desktop applications. I need to send and receive SOAP messages over a UDP connection. Can you compile the SOAP message yourself; or does the .NET Framework have a SOAP Library?

SOAP messages are just XML messages with some additional headers.

It should be possible to manually build these messages.
