iOS Question Since OS Sierra - keychain request

I am getting this requestor the first time I run B4I each day.
Even if I click "Always Allow", it comes back the next time.

Is there some way to make "Always Allow" mean always allow?

I see it here too after updating to 10.12. It is probably related to this issue: http://openradar.appspot.com/28524119
