smaller Formsize

I tried to set a smaller formsize on the ppc, but I don't get it done. Is it possible to create a smaller form then the ppc-screensize?

You can use an panel in front of a form to simulate a smaller input panel.
A smaller form without a fullscreen form in the background is not possible.

thanks for the answers. I am already using a panel instead of a form, but I thought a form would be nicer.
