Smoot moving of view (to make an endless scrollview)

    I think there was a thread about "smoot moving" of views. I did not find it. Can someome help?

    I think you mean "smooth".

    You could use some of the animation libraries, depending on what you have in mind.

    UltimateListView Library (it does so much things), perhaps ?

    No, I dn't want to use a lib. I'm "sure" there was a code snippet or similar (with a java method) to move a view fast.

    with endless scroll view you mean something like logo's scrolling from right to left continnously?

    just change the position of the images every xx milisecond and when it goes offscreen you place them back again at the end.

    misspellings aside, why does everyone keep sugesting a lib?

    I think it would be useful if you could describe your problem in greater detail. Is it a rolling logo, an endless news ticker, a scrolling game or something else. It makes a huge difference on the solution.
