Shay Well-Known Member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 16, 2013 #1 Hi few questions while using SI.Initialize2("SI", 999) 1. is there a way after I "dismiss" the SMS (and save it for future use) can I decide that I do wish to move the SMS to standard SMS location (like I recived just it) or re-write this SMS ans send it to myself (but also to provide original sender) 2. disable SMS reciving sound

Erel B4X founder Staff member Licensed User Longtime User Jun 17, 2013 #2 Make sure to read these two tutorials: Intent Filters - Intercepting SMS messages in the background Creating a sticky service - long running background tasks 1. You can add the message to the messages store: http://www.b4x.com/forum/basic4andr...-sms-messages-wont-appear-log.html#post157246 Use content://sms/inbox instead of content://sms/sent. 2. Do you hear the sound when you dismiss the message (return True)? Upvote 0
