I have this little app, works as it supposed to, do some stuff when its active - supposed to just go away when i leave the app to do something else on the device.
However - later same day, or perhaps next day, when I'm using other apps, suddenly i get a system message that my app has crashed and has to force close.
What?
Why? My app isn't supposed to be running forever or running in the background, only active when you actually use it. I haven't done anything to try and keep it running - except perhaps that i use HttpUtils (don't think they are that simple btw).
HttpUtils is for a very brief and tiny transfer, and not something which should be running forever - is there something with HttpUtils you should look out for that I'm overlooking? Do you have to close or deallocate something?
And if not HttpUtils, do people have another idea why i might be getting force close messages when it shouldn't be doing anything?
